A proof-of-delivery platform for a trucking company.
the problem
Proof of delivery lived on paper. Slips went missing between the truck and the office, and when a customer disputed a delivery, finding the right paperwork took days, if it turned up at all. Every lost slip was a delivery the company couldn’t prove it made.
what we built
A mobile proof-of-delivery app for drivers: capture signatures and photos at the door, attached to the right order automatically. Behind it, document storage and search, so office staff pull up any delivery in seconds instead of digging through filing boxes.
where it is now
Deployed and handed over. Seventeen drivers are set up at a drayage carrier in British Columbia and the pilot is running; the first sealed deliveries are the measure we are waiting on.
